How much to rent the space?

- Weekend Rental Rate is $150/hr 3 hr minimum rental (Fri-Sun)
- Weekday Rental Rate is $100/hr, 3 hr minimum rental (Mon-Thurs)
Taproom Area: (Available only when taproom closed to public. See below)
- $300/hr rental
When do you rent the Taproom space privately?
- Monday between 9am – 11p
- Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday between 9am- 4:00pm
- Sundays, 6pm-11pm
- Complete Taproom rental is not available during normal hours
- Semi private rentals Tuesday-Sunday anytime
Can I bring some food with me?
Sure! We don’t provide any food. You must work with a licensed caterer (no food from Cub or granny’s hot dish!). If you need suggestions let us know, we’ll give you a list of locals! We always encourage you to support our local Excelsior businesses.
Not everyone is a beer drinker. Can we bring wine, liquor or soda with us?
We are a brewery- so per our license the only alcoholic beverage you can have on-site is our beer. We also have varieties of soda and bottled water for purchase. Contact us if you want to get a one day license for wine or cocktails.
So how does purchasing beer for the event work?
You can choose to do it many ways. You can pre-purchase drink tickets, have an open bar, have a cash bar or a mix! You’ll work those details out with our Event Manager.
I have decorations! Lots of decorations- can I bring them?
We ask that decorations be limited to items on the tables (no candles/fire) and items that are free standing. We don’t allow you to hang lights or other items from the brewery structure. No glitter or loose decoration.
What type of events have you held?
Bachelor parties, birthdays, grooms dinners (cocktail style) , class reunions, meeting space for your business, and more!
Our semi-private space is best suited for cocktail style events as it is in a functioning part of the brewery.
